Gas Monitoring for Waste Water Treatment Projects

Remote operation to provide accurate gas readings and data collection for biogas process monitoring in Waste Water Treatment applications. Designed for continuous gas analysis applications, the Geotech AEMS (Automated Extraction Monitoring System).

Projects on which the AEMS has been successfully employed include sludge digestion at water utility treatment works, and on anaerobic lagoons for global leaders in food processing.

Offering analysis for CH4, CO2, O2, H2S and other parameters, the AEMS also interfaces with other onsite devices to collect multiple data parameters, such as process temperature, gas flows and pressure.

The AEMS has also successfully been employed as a process control solution, interfacing with control equipment to provide instant data for process adjustment.

Data can be transmitted remotely or transferred to on onsite location. The AEMS has minimal maintenance requirements, and a global support network is provided by Geotech.
