	Rent To Own scheme from Ashtead Technology provides freedom & flexibility

Instrumentation specialist Ashtead Technology has launched a flexible new scheme which spreads out the cost of buying the latest instrumentation, provides 12 months of the usual rental benefits, including technical support and minimises capital expenditure.

Ashtead Technology's Rent To Own (RTO) initiative sidesteps CapEx restrictions to give customers immediate access to the most up-to-date inspection, test and monitoring equipmentwith the flexibility and freedom to either buy at the end of the 12 months rental period with a one-off purchase payment or simply return the equipment with no additional penalties.

Ashtead's General Manager Alan Hasson said: "RTO provides an alternative opportunity for customers to own the latest instrumentation in these tough economic times. It enables access to brand new equipment from leading manufacturers without placing major non-operational costs on the balance sheet.

"This scheme does not replace traditional rental but does provide outright ownership if desired and allows the customer to release valuable capital for more pressing requirements."

A number of Ashtead products are available under the RTO scheme including XRF analysers, thermal cameras and vidoeprobe inspection equipment, with full technical support for the 12 month rental as standard. Additionally, instrumentation is delivered fully calibrated and ready to use.
