![]() CHEMICAL STORAGE TANKS Manufactured in Polypropylene and High Density Polyethylene with diameters up to 4 metres and capacities up to 120m3, all our thermoplastic chemical storage tanks & vessels provide a true alternative to glass fibre reinforced (GRP) and traditional lined metal vessels for the storage and processing of corrosive solutions. Chem Resist chemical storage tanks and vessels are designed to European Standard EN 12573:2000 adopted across the European Community which now offers engineers the ability to specify construction to a Pan-European Standard. Production of spiral wound tanks and vessels both in the UK and Czech Republic allows us to offer a consistent supply to customers’ plants in the UK and Continental Europe. STORAGE VESSELS Chem Resist Storage Tanks are manufactured in Spiral Wound Thermoplastics such as Polypropylene and High Density Polyethylene and offer significant advantages including:- • A broad range of chemical resistance • The ability to specify a design life with unlimited fill and empty cycles • Design to a Pan European standard BS EN 12573:2000 • Simple low-cost tank base construction • A simple procedure for the retrofitting of additional nozzles • Lightweight construction leading to reduced installation costs • In-house manufacturing offers vessels up to 4m diameter and capacities up to 120m3 Our unique spiral winding process means we are not restricted to fixed diameters or heights – so we can manufacture what you need rather than what we can make! Integral Safety Bunds in thermoplastic offer a low cost, completely corrosion resistant alternative to constructing a lined concrete bund to contain a potential spillage. These can also be equipped with a rain-skirt for external siting. A broad range of valving, pumps and controls can be supplied with the storage vessels to complete the package. Our own highly experienced installation team is able to deliver and install the vessel if requested.
