Part of Oran Environmental Solutions sludge handling & recycling service covers the collection and recycling of liquid waste and solid waste from customers in the food processing, brewing and distilling industries.

Oran Environmental Solutions processing solutions and equipment are used throughout the UK and Ireland for the treatment and processing of freshwater, wastewater and industrial wastes (pharmaceutical, paper and manufacturing industries).

Oran Environmental Solutionsdesign and supply fully operated and maintained installations or provide mobile units which can be hired on either a manned or self-operating basis.

Mobile processing solutions (centrifuges) offer capacities ranging from 5mł to 125mł per hour and the additional application of multiple units can further increase this capacity. Thesecentrifuges can be mobilised at short notice and can be operational on site within a matter of hours. They can thicken or de-water incoming sludges of up to 6.5% dry solids to produce a cake of between 20-30% dry solids.

Oran Environmental Solutions also provide units with equivalent lime stabilisation capacities, capable of producing end products that meet customers’ required specifications.

All OranEnvironmental Solutionsservice contracts include a 24 hr emergency call-out service, 365 days a year and the company’s mobile engineers are supported by an extensive stores department.
